On October 21st during the SIAL exhibition, the Couscous Club get together in Paris to discuss a common theme: Couscous Protection and Promotion.

Organized by Clextral, this meeting gathered 30 people from 22 couscous manufacturers coming from 8 different countries. The Couscous Club members have studied all the different possibilities to protect and promote couscous and ensure its quality and authenticity in the world.
