It combines classroom sessions and active demonstrations, providing a comprehensive overview of the theory and practical considerations of extrusion processing.
The demonstrations will be performed with our latest extrusion platform technology EVOLUM+ in our new food compliant pilot plant.
Discuss questions with Clextral’s extrusion experts and network with other processors to gain new perspectives and knowledge on this versatile technology. Food applications such as snacks, cereals, co-extruded products, flatbread, ingredients, and functional foods will be discussed.
Lectures topics will cover grain selection, processing considerations, product quality, further processing, and extrusion trends. Demonstrations will show extrusion, drying and coating processing of multi-shape products, co-extruded foods (pillows with fillings), and whole grain snacks.
