Learn how to create extruded foods with high consumer appeal that can increase your profitability and expand your markets at this intensive 3 days course. It combines classroom sessions and active demonstrations, providing a comprehensive overview of the theory and practical considerations of extrusion processing.

The demonstrations will be performed with our latest extrusion platform technology EVOLUM+ in our Food Compliant Pilot Plant.

Lectures topics will cover grain selection, processing considerations, product quality, further processing, and extrusion trends. Demonstrations will show snacks and cereals extrusion processing, drying and coating processing , co-extruded foods (pillows with fillings.
