Wear Part Replacements
We manufacture replacement wear parts at our production site in France, including both standard and premium solutions for extruder wear. Our premium metal formulation is a fusion of advanced metallic compositions produced under unique process parameters.
This metallurgy significantly outperforms standard materials, due to its high densification, which provides increased ductility and hardness.

R&D CENTERS
On-site trials
Clextral has two R&D centers, in France and the USA, plus an R&D network with partners around the world available for on-site trials. You can develop new products and improve your processes on our wide range of installed equipment, and benefit from the know-how of our teams.
Remote trials
Although Covid-19 challenged us, we are fully operational for our customers from our R&D center in France. Our process team is fully equipped with remote equipment : cameras that offer multiple viewing angles of the machine and the product, equipment for filming in static and Point of View (POV). All our operators utilize headphones, earphones and high-end microphones to promote perfect sound, without background noise, to ensure clear communication.
