On the 10th January 2017, the FNM (the National Flour Federation of Morocco), its institute IFIM (the Moroccan Milling School),, ISARA (a Higher Education Institution specialized in agricultural, food and environmental science in Rhône-Alpes, France), Céréales Vallée and Clextral gathered in Casablanca in Morocco.
The goal is to develop industrial training, rekindle an interest in agri-food industry jobs and ensure their international outreach thanks to the couscous and pasta production platform supplied by Clextral.
Not only will this small capacity production line (50 kg/hour) allow us to train future industrialists, it will also give concrete expression to Research & Development projects in the field of couscous and pasta making with, for instance, usability testing for raw materials grown in Africa.
Each in their own field, IFIM, Clextral, ISARA, and Céréales Vallée will contribute their expertise to achieve these projects.
