Clextral will be taking part in the « Food Extrusion Technology » short course held in Sion, Switzerland from February 10th to February 12th, 2020. This event will take place at The Institute of Life Technologies (HES-SO Valais-Wallis) and is coorganized by FiE and FoodStream.
It will be an opportunity to learn more about the extrusion process and more precisely about Clextral’s twin-screw extrusion technology. We provide the Food industry with complete twin-screw processing systems to manufacture different types of products such as breakfast cereals, snacks, fibrated proteins, functional ingredients and porous powders (EPT™).
