Clextral will sponsor the Food Drying Technology Short Course in Werribee (Australia) on March, the 2nd and 3rd.

This short course is organized by the CSIRO’s food innovation centre and FoodStream.

The course will be about the drying technologies in the food industry. Clextral will be there to talk about EPT™ (Extrusion Porosification Technology).

Based on the experience and the knowledge of industry professionals, the short course will enable the participants to fully understand those technologies and how to use them to improve their processes and products.
