Clextral will sponsor the Food & Feed Extrusion shortcourse in Werribee (Australia) on August, 17-19th.

This three day short course is presented by Food Industry Engineering (FIE) in conjunction with FoodStream and CSIRO’s Food and Nutrition Flagship.

The course covers the principles of extrusion, the design of extrusion processes, and the formulation of extruded products. Principles learned will be demonstrated using CSIRO’s twin screw extruder, a Clextral EV32.

Clextral will attend the shortcourse with a presentation on August 18th.
