Clextral’s Fibrated Protein Extrusion Workshop was held on October 23rd in our Research & Development Center in Firminy (France).
The objective was to give the participants a clear view on how Twin Screw Extrusion Technology can help transform raw materials into value-added wet meat analogues.
We had the pleasure to welcome 25 participants coming from 11 different countries.
Organized jointly by Clextral and the Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Center Inc who came especially from Canada, this workshop reviewed Fibrated Protein Applications and Preparations of finished products. It also included lectures, demonstration on twin screw extruder and “sampling and tasting” of ready-to-eat meals including Fibrated Proteins.
