CLEXTRAL BECOMES THE SUPPLIER OF THE EPR HINKLEY POINT C CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.

With the signing of a major contract with EDF Energy, our safety pumps will leave France in 2021 to equip the first nuclear power plant under construction in the United Kingdom for decades, and one of the largest construction sites in Europe. The project will create 25,000 jobs and 1,000 apprenticeship training during the installation.

The contract includes the supply of a large batch of fixed or mobile displacement, piston or diaphragm pumps used to inject various fluids into the plant’s circuits. Some units are also involved in cooling both reactors.
