On September 22nd, our customers had the opportunity to see our 20mm thick HME.

This world biggest die makes it easy to cook minced plant based proteins (👉🏼 look at this fabulous chicken fillet below) and widens the possibilities of creating innovative and high value products for our customers.
We then taste these very good products cooked : hamburger, kebab, bolognese, so yummy!

This is not meat, but our Partners Firmenich and the Professional Hotel School ”Les petites Bruyères” made it real and very tasty.
