High Moisture Extrusion (HME)
Our twin-screw extrusion lines efficiently mix, cook and transform protein ingredients under high moisture conditions. The long cooling die optimizes the texturization and shaping to produce high value fibrated products with the textures of meats. The flexible twin-screw extruder processes a wide range of plant protein ingredients into meat analogs with real meat textures including chicken, pork, beef and seafood.
