AACC international, the nonprofit association of nearly 2,500 scientists and food industry professionals is taking a trip to Clextral INC in Tampa Florida.The purpose is to complement the lecture taught by experienced representatives from major cereal companies from june 4th to june 6th 2014. Engineers from Clextral will use their expertise in the extrusion field to explain this particular technology of food processing.
