The demonstrations will be performed with our latest extrusion platform technology EVOLUM+ in our new food compliant pilot plant.

Lectures topics will cover grain selection, processing considerations, product quality, further processing, and extrusion trends. Demonstrations will show extrusion, drying and coating processing , co-extruded foods (pillows with fillings), and whole grain snacks.
