The continuous process allows to obtain an excellent pulp output with high quality, an essential requirement for these applications. The energy consumption is much reduced compared to discontinuous manufacturing processes. Reduced chemical and water consumption along with reduced effluent volumes and a substantial cutback in civil engineering are important aspects that have turned out to be rewarding investments for Clextral customers.
