Functional foods and ingredients at IFT Booth 4501
Processors looking to create new functional foods and ingredients can find the technology and experience for successful products at Clextral’s Food Expo booth # 4501 from July 17-20 in Chicago.
A wide array of value-added products—from ingredients such as soy and high fiber inclusions, encapsulated flavors, textured proteins, and precooked flours, to finished products including high fiber snack chips, crackers and bars, multigrain breakfast cereals, and filled nutrition bars and snacks, are possible using Clextral twin screw extrusion technology.
Clextral helps processors extend their product line by incorporating healthy ingredients such as soy and high fiber multigrains with a focus on making foods that taste good; and welcomes processors to visit their R&D center in Tampa, Florida to develop and test new recipes.
