From 21st to 24th of February meet Clextral in Dubai on stand ZG58 at Gulfood, the Middle East's biggest and most dynamic food exhibition. Organized since 1987, Gulfood is the reference show for food professionals of the Middle East, North Africa and the Indian subcontinent, representing nearly two billion consumers between the Horn of Africa and Asia. Production lines installed by Clextral in the Gulf region include the twin-screw extrusion and drying technologies to guarantee the quality of high value-added final products and unparalleled flexibility in terms of varieties of recipes, textures, shapes and flavors, very appreciated by consumers of expanded breakfast cereals, co-extruded biscuits, savoury snacks and crackers. Clextral has developed processes for the whole grain and for the multi-grain flours to keep their rich fiber content and provide reduced lipid level of the final product. Our new developments also enable manufacturers to enrich their traditional recipes based on corn, wheat, barley, bran and oats with soya whose health benefits have been scientifically demonstrated. Our lines are also suitable for using raw materials from organic farming. The presence of Clextral on Gulfood will also affirm our leadership in the design and installation of the industrial couscous and pasta lines.
