Raw materials kneader
A raw materials kneader is a mixing and compounding machine used in plastic industry. This equipment controls mixing of raw materials to ensure the dispersion of materials.
Raw materials kneaders are composed of a mixing chamber (helps to maintain pressure on the raw material) equipped with rotary blades made of special steel.
The kneading of the raw material is made in this chamber and the blended mixture is then cooled with water.
A part from raw materials, kneaders can be employed to a wide range of material mixing, ranging from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber.
