Camille Challard, Director of Clextral PACIFIC, will take part of » Food & Feed Extrusion Course » organized by FoodStream from August 15th-17th, 2016 in the CSIRO’s food innovation centre (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation) in Werribee, Australia.
The seminar covers the main processes of extrusion, from design to extruded products, and the formulation of extruded products. Processes will be demonstrated using EV32.
The course will be about drying technologies in the food industry. Clextral will participate to talk about EPT™ (Extrusion Porosification Technology).
Based on the experience and the knowledge of industry professionals, the short course will enable the participants to fully understand those technologies and how to use it to improve their processes and products.
